You need to have:

A passion for our work. Is eroding the stigma of mental illness and ensuring that all people have access to quality mental healthcare important to you? If so, the YFC board might be a great fit.
A willingness to step up, dive in, and speak up! YFC’s full board meets six time a year, and members are also asked to serve on a working committee or project task force. We are currently focusing on board candidates who reside or work in the communities we serve (primarily Lake County, Illinois) during this current board member recruitment campaign.
